Our story
We built Lagrio because
we ran out of stock ourselves.
It started with a boutique. Real clothes, real customers, real sales — and a spreadsheet that couldn't keep up. The gap between "sold" and "you found out" is exactly what Lagrio closes.

What Lagrio is
What Lagrio is — and what it isn't.
Lagrio is an inventory tracking tool built specifically for online boutiques in Scandinavia. Not for warehouses. Not for manufacturing. Not for enterprise retail chains with IT departments.
For the person running their shop from a phone. Managing stock between customer calls. Ordering from suppliers on Wednesday for delivery by Friday. Trying to keep 300 SKUs accurate without spending their evenings in Excel.
We believe that if you run an online boutique, you should spend your time on the things that make your boutique great — not on manual stock reconciliation.
What Lagrio does:
- ✓ Connects to your WooCommerce or Shopify store
- ✓ Automatically deducts items when orders come in
- ✓ Sends you a WhatsApp alert when stock gets low
- ✓ Shows you how many days of stock you have left at current sales pace
What Lagrio doesn't do:
- — Replace your accounting software
- — Replace your store management system
- — Require a developer to set up
- — Charge you for features you don't need
Why boutiques choose Lagrio over the alternatives.
Manual tracking
- ✓ Real-time vs. end-of-day
Excel doesn't know about orders. Lagrio knows the moment one arrives.
- ✓ Automatic vs. manual
Every Lagrio update is automatic. Every Excel update is a task you forgot.
- ✓ Alerts vs. surprises
Lagrio tells you before stock hits zero. Excel tells you nothing.
- ✓ Any platform vs. copy-paste
WooCommerce, Shopify, custom — Lagrio handles them. Excel doesn't talk to any.
- ✓ AI import vs. hours of cleanup
Upload your messy spreadsheet. Lagrio's AI normalises it. With Excel — you do that manually.
Enterprise WMS
- ✓ €29/month vs. €300+/month
Enterprise WMS tools start at €300/month — with a €2,000–5,000 onboarding fee on top.
- ✓ 15 minutes vs. weeks of implementation
Enterprise tools require specialists. Lagrio requires a copy-paste of one URL.
- ✓ Boutique-focused vs. warehouse-scale
Tools like Linnworks are built for warehouses. Their interface reflects that. Lagrio is for 1–5 person teams.
- ✓ WhatsApp alerts vs. dashboard-only
Enterprise tools assume you're at your desk. Lagrio assumes you're on your phone and sends the alert to you.
- ✓ Nordic-first vs. global-generic
GDPR, EU data storage, Norwegian and Swedish interface. No cookie-cutter translation.
What we do best
What Lagrio does exceptionally well.
Real-time WhatsApp alerts
When stock drops, your phone buzzes. Not a dashboard you have to log into — a WhatsApp message in the same app you use for your team. First inventory tool in Scandinavia built around WhatsApp.
Multi-platform, one dashboard
WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom stores tracked in the same place. One account. One view. Whether you run one boutique or three.
AI that does the boring parts
Upload your chaotic Excel. Photograph a supplier receipt. Lagrio's AI does the data cleanup so you spend time on what matters. Estimated time saved: 3–5 hours per week.
Built for Nordic boutiques
Interface in Norwegian and Swedish. Data stored in EU. GDPR built in — not an afterthought. Pricing designed around how small Nordic boutiques actually operate.

Who's behind Lagrio
Lagrio was founded by people who've worked in e-commerce and tech long enough to know that the best tools are the ones that stay out of your way. We're based in Scandinavia. We use the same tools our customers use. And we believe boutique owners deserve software that fits their workflow — not software they have to adapt their workflow to.
We're at the early stage. The team is small. That means you get direct access to the people building the product — not a support ticket queue. If you have questions, feedback, or a feature request — reach out. We read every message.
