💳 Pricing & Billing
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Sign up with just your email or Google account. The Free plan has no time limit and no card required. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial — also no card needed. We only ask for payment when you choose to upgrade.
What counts as a "product" in my plan limit?
Each unique SKU or item in your inventory counts as one product. Variations (like size or color) that have separate stock counts are separate products. If you have "Blue Sweater / S" and "Blue Sweater / M" tracked independently, that's two products.
What happens if I hit my product limit?
You can still view and manage your existing products. You just can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove some. Alerts and stock tracking keep working for everything already in your inventory.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes to both. Upgrade or downgrade from your Billing page. Cancellation is instant — no emails to support, no hoops. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
What currency are prices in?
All plans are priced in EUR. Stripe handles the payment, so you can pay with any major card regardless of your local currency.
🚀 Getting Started
How do I connect my WooCommerce store?
Go to Integrations in your dashboard, click Add Integration, and select WooCommerce. Enter your store URL and API credentials (Consumer Key and Secret from WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API). Lagrio gives you a webhook URL — add it in WooCommerce under Settings → Advanced → Webhooks. The whole thing takes about 5 minutes.
Does Lagrio work with Shopify?
Yes. Add a Shopify integration from your dashboard the same way as WooCommerce. Enter your Shopify API credentials and set up the webhook. Product sync and order tracking work the same way across both platforms.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes from signup to fully working. Create an account (1 min), connect your store (5 min), import products (5 min), set up alerts (3 min). No developer needed.
Can I connect more than one store?
Yes. The Free plan supports 1 store, Starter supports 3, and Growth/Pro have no limit. Each store gets its own integration and webhook. Your dashboard shows inventory across all connected stores.
How do I import my existing products?
Three ways. CSV import — drag and drop a file, the wizard auto-maps columns. Store sync — connect WooCommerce or Shopify and products import automatically. Manual — add products one at a time from the dashboard. You can also use AI Receipt Import to add stock from supplier invoices.

Is stock updated in real time?
Yes. Lagrio uses webhooks — your store sends an event to Lagrio every time an order is placed. Stock is updated within seconds, not minutes or hours. No polling, no delays.
How does AI Receipt Import work?
Upload a photo or PDF of a supplier invoice. Lagrio's AI reads the items, quantities, and categories automatically. It matches them to your existing inventory — even across languages (English invoice, Norwegian inventory). Review the matches, adjust if needed, and confirm. Stock is updated instantly.
What is component-based tracking?
If you sell custom products made from raw materials, Lagrio tracks the components separately. For example, a dog leash might use 2 meters of 25mm webbing and 1 carabiner. When a customer orders that leash, Lagrio deducts the right amount of each material. Use Smart Import to extract components from your WooCommerce Product Options export.
🔔 Alerts & Notifications
What alert channels are available?
Email (all plans), WhatsApp (Starter and above), and SMS (Growth and above). You can enable multiple channels at once. SMS works as an automatic fallback if WhatsApp delivery fails.
When do alerts trigger?
Whenever a product's stock drops to or below the threshold you've set. This happens in real time — as soon as an order comes in and stock is deducted. You also get a separate alert if a product hits zero. You won't get repeated alerts for the same product unless stock changes again.
Can I set quiet hours for alerts?
Yes. Go to Settings → Notifications and set a quiet period (for example, 22:00 to 08:00). No alerts will be sent during those hours. They won't queue up either — if stock recovered by morning, you won't get a stale alert.
Can I set different thresholds per product?
Yes. Each product has its own low stock threshold. The default is 5, but you can change it individually. A fast-selling item might need a threshold of 20, while a slow mover might only need 3.
🔒 Data & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on servers in the European Union. We don't transfer data outside the EU. This applies to your inventory data, customer information, and account details.
Is Lagrio GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data is stored in the EU, we don't sell or share your data with third parties, and you can export or delete your data at any time. We process only the minimum data needed to track your inventory and send alerts.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Contact [email protected] and we'll delete your account and all associated data. Or ask us for a full data export before deletion. We comply within 48 hours.
