Analytics & Reports
Stock levels, sales trends, turnover rates, and revenue breakdowns in your Lagrio dashboard.
Your analytics page lives in the left sidebar of your Lagrio dashboard. Click Analytics to see your stock overview, sales trends, and inventory insights.
Stock Overview Cards
At the top of the page, you’ll find four summary cards:
Total Products shows how many unique products you’re managing right now.
Low Stock counts items that have fallen below your set reorder point. These need attention soon.
Out of Stock tracks products that hit zero. You can’t sell what you don’t have.
Healthy Stock Percentage gives you a quick health check. If most of your inventory sits in the green zone, you’re in good shape.
These cards update automatically as you sell products or adjust quantities.
Stock Level Chart
Below the overview cards, you’ll see a visual chart tracking your stock levels over time. The graph shows peaks and valleys, helping you spot patterns like seasonal drops or restocking cycles.
Watch for steady downward trends. That means you’re selling faster than you’re restocking.
Revenue by Category
Growth+ subscribers get a breakdown of revenue by product category. This report shows which categories bring in the most money.
If your candles generate twice the revenue of your soaps, you know where to focus your buying budget. The numbers don’t lie.
On the Free plan, this section appears blurred with an upgrade prompt.
Stock Turnover Rate
Another Growth+ feature, turnover rate measures how fast products move through your inventory. High turnover means items sell quickly. Low turnover suggests stock is sitting on shelves too long.
This metric helps you identify slow movers before they tie up your cash for months.
Free plan users see this locked behind an upgrade wall.
”Runs Out In” Forecast
On your Products page, each item shows a “Runs out in” estimate. Lagrio looks at your sales over the past 30 days and calculates how many days until current stock hits zero.
If you sold 10 units last month and have 20 left, you’ll see “Runs out in 60 days.” This forecast adjusts daily based on actual sales velocity.
It’s not perfect, and it beats guessing.
CSV Export
Need your data in a spreadsheet? Click Export CSV to download your full product list with current stock levels, prices, and SKUs.
Great for sharing with your accountant, running offline reports, or backing up your inventory data.
Free Plan vs Growth+
The Free plan includes basic analytics: overview cards and the stock level chart. You can see what’s low, what’s out, and general trends.
Revenue by Category and Stock Turnover Rate are Growth+ features. On the Free plan, these sections appear in your dashboard and remain blurred until you upgrade.
All plans get the “Runs out in” forecast and CSV export.
