Quick Start Guide

Connect your store and start tracking inventory in 15 minutes.

Welcome to Lagrio

This guide will get you from zero to a fully connected inventory system in about 15 minutes.

Step 1 — Create your account (2 min)

  1. Go to app.lagrio.eu
  2. Sign up with your email or Google account
  3. Pick a plan — or just start with Free (no card needed)

Step 2 — Connect your store (5 min)

Head to Integrations in your dashboard and click Add Integration.

WooCommerce:

  1. Select WooCommerce as the platform
  2. Enter your store URL and WooCommerce API credentials (Consumer Key + Secret)
  3. Lagrio generates a webhook URL — copy it
  4. In your WooCommerce admin, go to Settings → Advanced → Webhooks and create a new webhook pointing to that URL
  5. Click Test Connection in Lagrio to verify

Shopify:

  1. Select Shopify as the platform
  2. Follow the same flow with your Shopify API credentials

Once connected, Lagrio automatically imports your products and starts syncing orders in real time.

Step 3 — Import your inventory (5 min)

If you already have stock data, there are a few ways to get it in:

Import from CSV — Go to Products, click Import CSV, drag and drop your file. The wizard auto-maps columns and shows a preview before importing.

AI Receipt Import — Got a supplier invoice? Click Import Receipt, upload a photo or PDF, and Lagrio reads the items automatically using AI. It even matches products across languages.

Smart Import — For component-based inventory (raw materials, custom products). Upload your product options export and Lagrio extracts individual components.

Or just add products manually — click Add Product and fill in the fields.

Step 4 — Set your thresholds

Each product has a low stock threshold. When stock drops to or below this number, you get an alert. The default is 5 — you can change it per product.

Step 5 — Set up alerts (3 min)

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Turn on the channels you want: Email, WhatsApp, or SMS
  3. Enter your phone number for WhatsApp/SMS
  4. Click Send test to make sure it works
  5. Set quiet hours if needed (no alerts between 22:00 and 08:00, for example)

You’re done 🎉

From now on:

  • Every order automatically updates your inventory
  • You get instant alerts when any product drops below its threshold
  • The Runs out in column shows a stock forecast based on recent sales
