What is Lagrio?
A complete overview of Lagrio — inventory tracking, alerts, and AI features for Nordic online boutiques.
Lagrio is an inventory management tool built for small online stores in the Nordics. It connects to your WooCommerce or Shopify store, tracks every sale in real time, and sends you alerts on WhatsApp, email, or SMS when stock gets low — before you lose a sale.
Who is it for?
Lagrio was made for boutique owners who sell online. If you run a small shop on WooCommerce or Shopify and manage anywhere from 20 to 2,000 products, this is for you. We built it because most inventory tools on the market are designed for warehouses and enterprise logistics — not for a one-person shop selling handmade scarves from Bergen.
You don’t need a background in supply chain management. You don’t need to learn complex software. Connect your store, set your stock thresholds, and Lagrio handles the rest.
What does it do?
Real-time stock tracking
Every time an order comes in through your store, Lagrio updates your inventory automatically. No manual counting. No spreadsheets. Your dashboard shows exactly what you have, what’s running low, and what’s already gone.
Instant alerts
When a product drops below the threshold you’ve set, Lagrio sends you a notification. Pick your channel — WhatsApp, email, or SMS. You’ll know about low stock while there’s still time to reorder, not after a customer gets disappointed.
AI receipt import
Got a delivery from your supplier? Take a photo of the invoice with your phone, upload it to Lagrio, and it reads the items automatically. It matches products across languages too — so if your supplier sends invoices in English but your inventory is in Norwegian, that works fine.
Smart component tracking
Some stores don’t sell finished products off a shelf. If you sell custom items made from raw materials — webbing by the meter, hardware by the piece — Lagrio breaks down your product options into individual components and tracks them separately. When a customer orders a 2-meter dog leash in 25mm olive webbing with a black carabiner, Lagrio deducts the right amount of each material from your inventory.
WooCommerce & Shopify integration
Connect your store in about 15 minutes. Lagrio syncs your products, imports your sales history, and starts tracking automatically. Webhooks handle the real-time updates — every new order triggers instant stock adjustment and alerts if needed.
Multi-store support
Running more than one shop? Lagrio supports multiple store connections under one account. Each store gets its own integration, and your dashboard shows everything in one place.
CSV import and export
Bulk upload products with CSV, or export your current inventory for reporting. The import wizard maps your columns automatically and handles duplicates.
Analytics dashboard
See which products move fastest, what’s been sitting on shelves, and where your revenue comes from. Revenue breakdown by category, stock turnover rates, and forecasts for when items will run out based on recent sales velocity.
